Maturerecruitment.com has now appointed a number of Regional Directors who will deal directly with Employers and Candidates in their areas. They represent all the “mature” brands and this will enable a more personal and tailored service to be delivered to our clients. Interested in becoming a Regional Director? The Regional Director works as a commission-only Agent and we supply a set of maturerecruitment business cards to get you started. How does it work? All you have to do is sign our standard agreement, introduce an opportunity and we will do the rest and hopefully place a candidate in the role. We handle the entire process and once we have been paid by the client you will receive a share of the commission – 30% for matureaccountants and 20% for all the other brands.
